Jerrad Kordonowy and his brother Colin Breckenridge, have joined forces. Colin leads the Granite department overseeing all things “solid surface”. He is an artist and just like Jerrad is a perfectionist who strives to be his best. Colin brings years of experience and shares our passion for true customer service. The fantastic crew is known for their suburb work ethic. Their hard work has made Total Tile one of the top respected and referred tile & stone companies in the area.

Jerrad is strong and genuine, humble and extremely talented. He strives daily to represent his family and business with the utmost respect and integrity. He has laid concrete, framed homes, roofed, laid pavers, built decks, awnings & built 3 houses with his dad. His extensive background in construction and his drive to be great has supported a wife and five kids for 18 years. Jerrad & his crew continue to work hard for every client. Whether it be a track home for someone they haven’t met or for a client who has a vision, Jerrad never gives into hurtles. He is a problem solver and can make any job come to life.

Most recently his responsibilities have grown. His newest daughter Jovie (3) brightened the Kordonowy home, June 2018. Shes running around at every game Colleen can make it to & won’t stop talking… literally. His one and only son Cage 11, loves basketball & baseball and is waiting for the day mom lets him put on a football uniform. He watches his 18 year old daughter, Camille dominate the CHS volleyball floor & is proud that she will be playing for the College of Southern Nevada Volleyball team Fall 2021. His 14 year old Ava, has big dreams for her volleyball career, she recently broke the Carson Middle Serve-a-thon record, recording 100/100 serves, & she runs track. His oldest daughter Bella 19, received a 3.8 her first semester of college. She is #10, just like dad & playing for the UNR Softball team. His wife, Colleen of 26 years, has been able to be an at home mom who thoroughly enjoys supporting their children in their busy schedule.
